Launched Training in Motion® product from conception to commercial availability in 9 months. The product consists of proprietary AV equipment designed to capture training activities “on the go” operated by custom iOS and android mobile applications. Introduced AI/ML based automation and productivity capabilities using AWS platform. Leveraged text, audio analysis and computer vision to automate evaluations. Leveraged GenAI to provide assistive capabilities to improve efficiency and reduce need for extensive training and errors in performing complex administrative tasks. Launched product modernization initiatives such as API first strategy to transition to platform offering, integrated solutions in partnership with AR/VR technology partners, contemporize UI/UX, and migration to cloud. Established a product management organization to focus on defining and building product roadmaps to ensure that EMS invests in product capabilities that maximize ROI and market potential.
