ABOUT SEJAL MEHTA
Sejal Mehta (she/her) is a South-Asian queer therapist and social worker specializing in working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, racial and immigrant trauma, and internalized capitalism. Sejal believes in utilizing radical softness and acceptance to create a space where clients feel supported in exploring the parts of themselves that make them who they are, in ways that feel accessible to them. From accounting student, to management consultant, to part-time yoga facilitator and therapist, Sejal’s experiences have fueled her passion in understanding how our racial, ethnic, gender, and sexual identities influence the ways we view “success” in our inner and outer worlds.
