We purchase homes outright, renovate them, and resell them. The seller receives a price within seconds and the money within weeks, because we take the transaction risk onto our own balance sheet rather than handing it back to them. To date, we have transacted more than ₹1,000 crore, bought and sold over 850 homes, and brought the median time from purchase to resale down to 70 days, against a conventional cycle that runs anywhere from six months to two years.
None of that works without the machinery underneath it. We price homes using an 80-parameter model trained on more than 25 lakh sale records, we assess them against a 130-point inspection standard, and we run pre-sales, acquisitions, sales, legal, CRM and marketing as in-house teams rather than outsourcing any part of the transaction.
We are a small team for the size of the problem we have taken on. You will own outcomes rather than tickets, and because we hold the asset, every decision you make shows up in the profit and loss.
