Currently working as an HR Analyst at Wipro, where I manage and support end-to-end HR operational processes. I work closely with recruitment teams for pre-employment checks, documentation, and recruitment logs, while also supporting payroll inputs and employee data audits. My responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in employee records, responding to employee queries, and continuously improving HR processes for efficiency and compliance.My role also involves handling employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, background verification coordination, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. I work extensively on Oracle HCM for employee data updates, reporting, and HR transactions, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
