Hello, I am Sejal Gupta, an enthusiastic Audit Associate at KPMG Global Services since september 2023. I am proud to be part of the esteemed organization, one of the dream companies of mine, one of the BIG 4\'s. I work in ESG department,where I am dedicated to driving sustainable business practises and ensuring regulatory compliance for our clients. My role involves ESG reporting and compliance checks,all aimed at fostering transparency and accountability. Academic background- I graduated from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi where i gained a strong foundation in commerce and business principles. My academic journey was enriched by various projects and internships. ESG - I am currently working in ESG department. I am passionate about helping businesses integrate sustainable practises and achieve their environmental and social objectives. My role allows me to contribute to impactful projects that promote sustainability and ethical governance, aligning business strategies with global sustainability standards. Continous Learning and Development- I beleive in the power of the continous learning and am always keen to expand my knowledge and skillset. Working in KPMG is my First corporate experience, I am working in ESG department but I am also open to work in other fields, gaining different experiences and exploring corporate world.
