My educational background concurs with M.Sc. Public health, Masters in operational and supply chain, Pharm D (Bachelor degree Pharmacy), M.Sc. Public Health from UK, successful with The Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC Identification 138487). Skilled in prescription processing, patient care, inventory management, and compliance packaging. Currently working as a Pharmacy Assistant at Shoppers Drug Mart, while actively pursuing PEBC license. Eager to contribute to dynamic pharmacy teams and grow within Canada’s healthcare system. Previous role in Boots Pharmacy UK gave me insight hands on experience in stock handling/management, prescriptions – scanning – data input – customer dealing, prescription fill/retrieve, customer assist over the counter OTC, assist pharmacist and manager for admin duties. Associate manager at Pfizer packaging I ‘ve gained experience managing operations i.e. yearly stock counting – inventory control activities, over seeing QA at the plant within pharmaceutical environment, precise, detail oriented, data driven, continuous improvement of operations, proactive and solutions driven to meet strict deadlines, administration & evaluating suppliers and provide support to the supplier management process, co-ordination & correlation among teams, conduct internal audits as required to assess compliance with the QMS, creating SOP’s, ensuring quality standards, Collaborate in the developing, implementing and enhancement of QMS processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, preparing special database for inventory as required for quality control analysis, inventory management processes and procedures, evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, Excellent experience in Supply Chain Management, stock control, warehouse-type environment particularly in a dynamic customer dealing environment, working at pace to address customer & product issues. Excellent knowledge and experience with ERP, SAP, Adobe, Microsoft suit (Excel, Word, Power point). Regarding my organizational skills pertaining to operations & projects, I have the ability to meet strict deadlines & balance material properly. I have consistently been recognized for strong conflict resolution and mediation skills. My work ethics evolve both independently/ in a team environment - i take part in many extracurricular activities i.e. Fishing, boating, travel, camping, hunting, Netflix and cooking while remaining dedicated to my priorities.
