As of July 2025, I have taken over the responsibility as Program Lead for BioNTech, overseeing Körber’s digitalization projects across their global network. My focus is on driving alignment, speed, and execution quality to ensure the successful rollout of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions across all BioNTech sites.In this role, I:→ Serve as the central contact for BioNTech’s internal and external stakeholders, translating complex business needs into actionable project streams→ Ensure end-to-end program visibility, proactively removing roadblocks and facilitating decisions across workstreams→ Lead cross-functional collaboration between Körber’s internal teams and BioNTech to ensure timelines, quality, and business value are consistently delivered→ Align technical delivery with strategic objectives to support BioNTech’s mission of transforming the future of immunotherapy and personalized medicineMy mission is to act not just as a delivery partner, but as a trusted growth partner in BioNTech’s digital transformation journey.
