Oversee leadership and professional development programs for employees in clinical and nonclinical roles. Lead a team of up to ten learning professionals responsible for the design, development, and facilitation of online and instructor-led courses. Manage the learning and development budget and vendors. Oversee the use and end user support of Montefiore’s Learning Management System (LMS) to maximize training accessibility. Facilitate instructor-led leadership development classes.
