Create the Project Management Framework with supporting guideline documents and templates for Urban Development and Delivery• Facilitate and run workshops for various activities; for example, process mapping, and training all the Project Teams.• Assist the Project Teams in drafting Business Cases and other gate documentation to ensure they comply with the Strategic Investment Management Policies and other Standard Operating Procedures and provide support to interpret the requirements of these policies• On approval of the Business Case and other gate documentation, support the Project Teams to set up optimal processes and systems to execute the Project and, in conjunction with analysts, finance specialists, and schedulers, ensure the Project is effectively set up in the finance system• Conduct internal audits and regular maintenance of systems and data to ensure Project teams are complying with the policies and provide information, data, and evidence to external auditors, as required• Document and version control – Gate documentation version control of latest formal documents related to project management in line with the Investment Management Framework• Change control – Supporting and advising the team through the Investment Management Framework guideline. Includes tracking and maintenance of the Change control register• Prepare monthly reports on team functions, initiatives, and overall performance as requested by the Manager Programme Management Office
