Support an Agile Team of Product Owners, Business Analyst, Full stack Developer, Database Administrator, UI/UX Designer, Faculty Quality Analyst, Solution Architect, Security Engineer, and Software Developers. Coach the Team to estimate user stories in story points as a way to balance load and capacity. Facilitate the sprint planning meeting, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives so as to drive the iterative and incremental delivery of value. Assisted the team in the Definition of Ready (DoR) as a way to keep the backlog healthy/ordered. Collaborated with the Scrum Team to define done (DoD) as a way to promote quality and team alignment. Drove targeted and outcome-based coaching within the interdisciplinary team as a way of ensuring Business Agility. Identify and solve impediments in real-time time by syncing continuously with the agile team. Coach the team on the use of Jira ALM to document their work, and promote work transparency and visibility. Resolve conflicts within and across the team in a professional manner and without bias. Ensure epics are well interpreted into features and INVEST-compliant user stories to prompt understanding and execution. Implemented and drove acceleration techniques such as Swarming and WIP limit. Coach the team pair programming and swarming as a way to reduce technical debts and build quality. Co-Facilitate scaled events such as scrum of scrums, big room planning/PI planning, and community of practice (CoP). Assist the PO to prioritize based on stakeholders’ expectations, hard deadlines, story sizes, and value definition. Monitor, manage and resolve dependencies through Atlassian Jira links, communication, and collaboration with other teams. Track and analyze various software development KPIs and metrics such as lead and cycle time, velocity chart, CFD, burn up, and burn down charts to forecast decision-making, and plan for the team and project advantages.
