Thirty years running businesses across three continents taught me one thing above everything else: execution fails when people — teams, customers, users — are not the core of the strategy.I built my career inside global brands — Unilever, L\'Oréal, Puig, Desigual, among others — managing P & Ls, opening markets, and building teams across North America, LATAM, and EMEA. Board member of a billion-dollar fashion company. Responsible for some of the most recognized fragrance and fashion launches in the US market. What I learned across all of it is that the numbers are never the real problem.That insight became the foundation of an advisory practice I\'ve run since 2014, and more recently, of two published books. The Unbecoming series asks a question most leadership books avoid: Why is succeeding the source of human and corporate suffering?Real estate is where I now apply all of it. Most transactions fail or underperform not because of the market, but because of the human dynamics underneath — between buyers and sellers, between partners, between emotion and reason. As an advisor with Compass in Los Angeles, I bring thirty years of high-stakes negotiation, cross-cultural decision-making, and behavioral strategy to what is, for most people, the most consequential financial decision of their lives.
