As a district manager, I lead the operations of 11 retail outlets in Northwest Miami-Dade. As Starbucks continues to grow, we are looking for talented partners to contribute to our success in these positions:ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER: Working alongside the store manager, assists and supervises a team of baristas and shift supervisors to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners. Strong candidates will have at least 2 years of progressively responsible retail experience, 1 year customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment and experience directing the work of othersSTORE MANAGER: Leads a café’s operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development.
