As a Assistant Manager I oversee 1.8Lakh SFT warehouse with 80 Crores of stock handling including Havells, Lloyd, Crabtree, Standard & Reo.Maintaining physical inventory, on-time deliveries to the clients in and around AP & TG with 110 manpower support. I am responsible for overseeing daily operations, inventory management,implementing strategies to improve efficiency,team management and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
