Work closely with counterparts in Saudi Arabia, Expatriate Employment (EED) processing unit. Oversee candidate pre-employment contingencies clearance, I.e, background check, medical check, work visa etc. Coordinate pre-departure orientation sessions. Prepare relocation correspondence and agreements. Assist candidates with completing forms. Initiate travel orders for new hires and coordinate the travel plans with candidates, ED and Aramco\'s global travel agency. Schedule candidates for assessments, when necessary. Participate in recruitment events (conferences, exhibitions and interview workshops) to help setup venues, network with visitors and potential candidates, and facilitate the flow of interviewees in and out of interviews.9. Communicate regularly with the candidates and EED to provide updates on the contingencies status. Prepare reports for management on the status of each candidate in the relocation stage- Initiate service entry sheets for invoices submitted by service providers to process payments.
