About Seema T.
Self-starter that is strategic & curious by nature and tactical by experience. I am passionate about talent and use data and feedback to drive holistic solutions & strategy. I have led programs that enabled and evolved the overall talent strategy and have a keen eye for seeing the big picture while decomposing it to its individual pieces and processes to create memorable employee experiences. For most of my career, I was a project manager leading large-scale training or change management programs reimagining the way we do business and then I shifted my career to focus on workforce planning & analytics, by first standing up the function to then lead a cross-enterprise team to understand skill gaps, plan headcount and develop a new future state for talent as we reskill and off-ramp skills and capabilities with the evolution of new technologies. More recently, I moved to talent management where I influence & lead changes to the talent strategy, processes and tools. I have redesigned talent reviews, proposed new ways in how to think about potential and implemented a C-Suite talent pool we are now scaling to other levels- in the organization to ensure we have a pipeline of talent that is ahead of ready. My varied background in HR and love for numbers gives me a unique approach to systematically create influencing HR strategies through analytics by always keeping the employees as a central focus. I have been successful in driving positive business outcomes and improving performance while enabling leaders & HR to better support their employees and plan for future needs. My goal is to think of the unthinkable when presented with a problem and use technology to develop solutions that no one has thought of before.Focus Areas: talent management, workforce planning (swp & demand planning), strategy development, critical skills, process redesign, organizational effectiveness, organizational design/restructuring, change management, engagement & communication strategies, training & development, instructional design (ISD), knowledge management, career development strategies, employee engagement/retention, rewards & incentives, HR management, team building, HR technology, talent competitive intelligence, culture analysis, performance management
