Working with a team of 6 members to ensure global level 3 support for SampleManager application (v11.1, 11.2, v210 and v21.2) and its associated interfaces-I have been handling weekly and monthly presentations with customer and TCS stakeholders-I have also worked in the SampleManager installation & upgrade project, in that i have gathered the knowledge about end to end SampleManager setup and different issues troubleshooting-Worked on data cleansing activity for business separation and gained in-depth knowledge about Master data-Worked with automation team to automate the use cases for monitoring and performing tasks-Understanding the LIMS landscape, architecture, Data flow and manufacturing process-Monitoring SampleManager application and its different Interfaces (some of them are SAP, IP21, Shopfloor, Traksys, RYS & Instrument) for ensuring optimum performance and providing application support-Working on Integration Manager parsing scripts creation to enable data transfer between Instruments and SampleManager application, gained knowledge about XML-Understanding and working on Oracle SQL Developer to perform database tasks.
