I’m an engineering leader focused on building AI-driven platforms that power growth.Over decades at Microsoft, I led large-scale ads and experimentation platforms including Bing Ads Frontdoor, Smart Routing, and the global experimentation stack that supported Consumer Copilot ads integration. My teams operated mission-critical systems at global scale, moving core production metrics across reliability, latency, and unit cost.More recently, I stepped into the startup ecosystem as a Fractional CTO, advisor, and investor—working hands-on with founders to translate agentic AI prototypes into enterprise-ready products. That chapter deepened my conviction around zero-to-one building and the tight alignment required between product, engineering, and go-to-market.Today, I focus on scaling AI-native platforms and building high-performance engineering teams—connecting architecture, experimentation, and monetization into durable growth systems.
