Passionate about Storytelling, Sustainability and Authentic leadershipAs Director Communications at Microsoft India, I lead a team that seeks out and shares incredible stories of Microsoft technologies empowering every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.I am a passionate advocate of the profound impact of technology and AI on society, with a firm belief in its power to connect people and communities in an era marked by increasing disconnect. At the core is my belief in technology as a force for good. Across my career, I have partnered leading global brands on their reputation journey, crafting authentic stakeholder communication programs that drive measurable growth. My leadership philosophy centers around leading from the heart, with empathy. I actively foster collaboration, recognizing that individuals thrive when their ecosystem, including their team, thrives and that collective success leads to individual success.I am passionate about sustainability and the concept of a circular economy. I champion the need for responsible resource management and environmental stewardship. I believe in equitable distribution of resources and democratic access to technology and education, which I see as essential for a more inclusive society.In my previous positions, I helped pioneer a new product category in India during the launch of Amazon\'s Kindle. During my tenure at Schneider Electric, I played a key role in shaping it into a distinct and well-recognized brand. I have also held significant positions at Dassault Systèmes and PwC India.I hold a Masters in Applied Communication from Coventry University and a Master of Arts from Aligarh Muslim University.Outside of work, I enjoy history walks, poetry, and am a podcast enthusiast.
