I draw on 20 years of experience in product development, quality assurance, & automation with a strong interest in entrepreneurship, operational roles in start-ups and building amazing teams. I founded the company CalibreCode solutions to help modern digital engineering companies capture “quality” in applications and make it the biggest differentiator for market launch. How I envision and operate at CalibreCode to deliver complete testing solutions - We don’t guess the quality standards; We apply insights and research from product design to user behaviour goals - turning them into detailed and logical test scenarios! Through my experience, I have a lot of project stories to share about faster releases with mindful QA, managing high-profile websites & apps, investigating critical bugs that crash performance and defects that block applications going through their compliance pass and more… I keep up with technology and listen through the ever-evolving engineering landscape to give back the best product & QA roadmaps to my clients. I am the Co-Founder and CTO at Gruosi Digital Ventures (IoT-based product for Streaming Ads), Certified Scrum Master, Certified AWS Solution Architect, Certified Website Hacker and Penetration hacker, iOS App developer, TOGAF Certified and Alumni Mentor at NMAMIT and AIET. Every day, customer interactions, jam-board sessions with my team to innovate, and building & mentoring teams give me my voice as an entrepreneur and enthusiasm for experiences. When I am not working, you can see me cheering loud for my two gifted daughters :)
