Generate pre-existing custom reports in Workday to analyze pre-hire trends, onboarding data accuracy, and hiring SLAs. Analyze workforce data patterns to predict potential compliance risks in hiring and onboarding. Prepare compliance review reports on a monthly basis that were presented and published to leadership. Use Workday reports to contribute to data integrity through regular audits, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Maintain strict data privacy, compliance, and governance standards while supporting internal audits and HR decision-making. Conduct scenario analysis to assess risks and streamline audit controls, helping to develop proactive compliance frameworks. Ensuring BGC/BGV checks are conducted thoroughly for new hires before and during onboarding.
