At AGOS Aviation, I have also been involved in catering to formulate customized job roles, employee handbooks, and internal forms to align with their specific needs. Additionally, I assist the AGOS Team in implementing their HR & ayroll software, serving as the main point of contact with the implementation partner to ensure seamless integration with AGOS Aviation\'s requirements. Overall, it\'s role which involves 80% TA Activities & 20% HR Ops & HR Automation.
