Joshua Painter relocated to Southwest Florida from West Central Ohio in He started out on the construction jobsite learning different trades while serving in the Florida Army National Guard. His love for new home construction slowly evolved into a desire to learn how to get top results as a professional Real Estate Agent. 2004 Joshua Painter studied at Ed Klopfer’s School of Real Estate in Fort Myers Florida and finished at the top of his class. Geographically he specializes In Southwest Florida New Construction homes and Lee County Residential Real Estate. Building relationships and taking care of his clients is the ultimate motivation to providing excellent service. When Joshua is out of the office you might find him at the soccer field with his son, at the volleyball courts with his two daughters, with friends on the golf course, or tossing a line in the water.
