Providing short- to medium-term structured therapy (typically 12–24 sessions) to adult clients through Spring Health’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Supporting clients with a range of presentations including PTSD, ADHDs, depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, childhood trauma, and work-related stress. Also delivering focused therapeutic work around specific goals where appropriate. My approach is trauma-informed and relational, drawing from Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. Responsibilities include risk assessment, clinical note-keeping, and maintaining ethical standards in line with BACP guidelines.
