I am a passionate Professional with a demonstrated history of working in industry areas like automotive, energy, consumer goods, IoT in Turkey and Germany in various leading positions in a global scale; mainly for Sustainability, Engineering, Purchasing and Sales. My coriousity and openess about new areas, skills and people drive me forward in my actions through my professional and private life. I find my fullfillment by connecting the dots between topics, perspectives and people. Creating new ideas by doing so is the biggest joy for me and thanks to my systematic approaches supported by my deep methodological knowledge about project management both waterfall and agile, implementing those ideas with sustainable results are my strengths. Stakeholdermanagement, connected working mentality, networking are my superpowers. I believe strongly the quote of John Lennon “A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality\" and act so. I am part of award winning Team in Germany in 2019, our work was awarded by Xing with a \"New Work Award\". And one more thing: I resigned my secure job in 2024 to experience the world, to do my thing. Now, I am a lecturer, a student, a start-up mentor, a consultant and now building up my “thing”.
