As the UX Researcher at ISU\'s Center for Communication Excellence, I direct UX research initiatives for the website redesign project to align with CCE\'s organizational goals. I collect data from real users through surveys, interviews, card sorting, A/B testing, and both remote and in-lab usability studies. Applying statistical methods and data analysis, I extract meaningful themes to inform the design process. Collaborating closely with a UX designer colleague, I provide insights to enhance user-centered decisions, contributing to the creation of the re-designed CCE website. This project is in its final stages, with the launch of the revamped website anticipated soon.
