I lead the global employment legal team at AstraZeneca where I am accountable for providing strategic employment legal advice to AstraZeneca\'s HR Leadership Team, AstraZeneca\'s Senior Executive Team (ExCo) and advice to support the AstraZeneca Board Remuneration Committee.My team in the UK, US and Sweden help AstraZeneca manage employment legal issues in those countries and the 100+ others AstraZeneca operates in, with a growing workforce of over employees impacting 100 million patients\' lives worldwide.We advise AstraZeneca on senior executive exits, enforcement of non-compete agreements, injunctive proceedings, global acquisitions, disposals and mergers, internal investigations, Government Investigations, senior executive reward, Long-Term Incentive plans, Inclusion and Diversity plans and risks, Court and Tribunal employment litigation, global incident and crisis management, employee data privacy issues, judicial and private mediatons, trade union and labour relations, media and reputational risk management and all and any other significant matters needing employment law expertise worldwide within smaller markets around the world.I have 19 years experience of working in the complex and highly regulated global biopharmaceutical industry having joined AstraZeneca in the UK by moving from private practice to my first in-house legal role in 2006.
