In my present role, I\'m primarily involved in audits of Mutual funds and Hedge funds with some exposure to Private Equity clients. My role includes the following\\\\nCoordinate and plan audits of wealth and asset management organizations based out of the United States.\\\\nDevelop and adjust audit plans based on risk assessment of the client/ audit areas.\\\\nReview audit workpapers & supervise conduct of analytical substantive testing by staff.\\\\nConduct meetings with onshore team members and client personnel to resolve complex accounting issues/ audit findings.\\\\nSupervise, train, evaluate and provide feedback to junior staff for the smooth conduct of the audit in a timely manner & to assist in their future development.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
