ABOUT SEBASTIAN GOLDSMITH
After a career in the City at Nabarro, Latham & Watkins and IFM Investors I was called up to the fast-growing family business to create and develop Legal and GRC functions. I sit on the Operating Board of the Medigold Health group. My remit as GC and Co Sec at Medigold is the usual one: to provide commercial and legal advice to the business, increase operational efficiencies, manage risk and provide an ethical voice.I undertake this task with a mixture of incisive thought, good humour, calmness under fire and an ability to weigh priorities. I have developed the Legal and GRC functions at Medigold by hiring the right people to lead and implementing appropriate legal and compliance tech with ROI.I’m extremely passionate about the business and delighted to be part of the leadership team as we continue to of work, life is about my family, watching a lot of sport (mainly at the Emirates, Franklin’s Gardens and Lord’s), coaching my son’s youth football team at Kettering Town, drinking coffee, making bbq and playing video games.
