I’m a Lead SDET with 8+ years of experience building robust, scalable test automation frameworks across event-driven, microservices, data, and cloud-native systems - primarily within AWS serverless environments.My background spans API, web, data pipelines, and AI-driven platforms, with a strong focus on shift-left quality, CI/CD optimisation, and embedding quality into complex domain-driven systems. I’ve designed multiple automation frameworks from the ground up, led and mentored cross-functional QA teams, and worked closely with product, engineering, and DevOps to deliver reliable software at scale.Alongside my core QA leadership role, I’m actively experimenting with applied AI, particularly: • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Agentic AI workflows • Model Context Protocol (MCP) • LLM-assisted reasoning, classification, and decision-making systemsI’m currently building a personal AI-powered app for the costume department within the TV & film industry, using RAG. The focus is on combining domain knowledge, structured data, and LLM reasoning for OCR image processing and automated workflows to reduce tedious manual work, reduce risk, and deliver genuinely useful insights for creative professionals.I’m also a Co-Founder of Zippi Bags, a sustainability focused startup providing reusable garment bags to the TV and film industry, helping productions reduce single use plastic on set.
