ABOUT SEBASTIEN VONGKASEUM
I\'m currently a Sophomore at Texas A&M studying Mechanical Engineering. I gained CAD experience in high school through an engineering and architecture class offered. I went through the Texas A&M Engineering Academy at Dallas College for my Freshman year and have since then moved to the main campus. Over the Summer, three of my peers and myself were selected as national finalists for the Community College Innovation Challenge. We designed an autonomous fire detection system and presented our idea in front of Congressmen and members from the National Science Foundation. We placed second for our idea and plan on bringing the idea to reality.
