ABOUT SÉBASTIEN GULLAUD

I have first worked as a support/CIP analyst on a SAP based change management tool enabling me to discover SAP, support processes and CIPs / small projects.I then changed to a position of Senior support analyst for SAP Outbound (SD), diving more deeply in SAP with a specific functional area (Order to cash, Physical logistic, Trace & retrieval) and participating to different SAP upgrades at different level, Europe, Global, cross functionnal.After 2 years, I became Service manager for a dedicated SAP system with around 700 users, putting in place new ways of working and support processes, having 3 persons functionnally reporting to me. I also managed an ECC6 upgrade project on this system.Next, I moved to a more project management oriented role, being Team Lead on a SAP rollout, covering Customer Service, Masterdata, Finance and BI areas. Focusing more about team management and people leadership while increasing business awareness and project management skills.I also took in parallel the management of a SAP demerge project.I then moved to the south of France on a business partnership role, working with business units to define and follow execution of unit IT roadmaps supporting local and corporate RC/Mars Petcare objectives. Being accountable for all IT deliverables to my units.Finally, in my current position I\'m in charge of a team of project manager, overseeing all IT projects in Europe covering Value Chain Operations and Logistics functional areas. I\'m streamlining and enforcing project management processes, making sure best practices are shared with other project managers.I\'m also involved during demand phase to size projects, bring expertise and help properly shape projects to come.I\'m also managing the financial plans and the allocation of resources for my portfolio, bringing highlights and KPI to the senior leadership teams.
