Specialist in soils and agro-ecological transition, Sébastien is an impact entrepreneur working for the scaling up of regenerative agriculture of soils and ecosystems. He heads BIOSPHERES, the French leader in regenerative agriculture. With his teams, he facilitates and secures for companies and communities the transition to this type of agriculture which regenerates ecosystems while preserving a high production capacity. For 10 years, it has intervened in 18 countries to build an agriculture capable of restoring biodiversity, the health of soils and ecosystems, but also of farmers, at the heart of each of its approaches. A story that is rooted in the field and in action. Sébastien grew up in the agricultural environment in the south of France, on a farm producing fruit and vegetables for the specialized organic circuits, after many changes in beginning of the In 2006, he decided to focus on global soil health and agroecology to adapt practices to a new era where meeting ecological challenges is becoming essential.
