As Co-Head of Global Investments and Chief Investment Officer, and a member of the Asset Allocation and Management Committees at T. Rowe Price, I have learned that leadership is earned, not given. I also believe that we must adapt our assumptions about the world and always question the way things have worked in the past if we want to rise above unexpected challenges. We need to think creatively and strategically each day. I strive to lead with a compassionate ear, provide transparency, empower others, and encourage people to pursue innovative ideas. Outside of the office, you’ll find me consuming books, podcasts, studies, and more—anything I can get my hands on that will inform not only my perspective on investing and leadership, but a wide range of interests from philosophy, science, writing, health and fitness, and more.
