ABOUT SÉBASTIEN GUILLARD

Specialising in Supply Chain engineering for the Aerospace and Automotive sectors, I support equipment manufacturers (Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3) in the continuous improvement of their Transport and Logistics flows. Who are my contacts: Supply Chain Director, Indirect Purchasing or Transport Purchasing Manager, Industrial Site Manager, Logistics Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and more generally all those interested in the issues related to Supply Chain optimisation. Segments of the Supply Chain in which I can assist them: Road transport (groupage, distribution, chartering, milkrun, LTL, FTL), air transport, sea transport, customs, contract logistics (storage, order preparation, packaging, etc.). On what issues? all those related to the issues of flow security and Supply Chain productivity: Inbound flows, deliveries, exports, inter-site flows, hazardous goods, Track & Trace, transit times, OTD, reporting, routing processes, information systems, etc. My support approach can be part of transport tenders, consultations, benchmarking or even in the context of exchanges on targeted needs.My training as a quality engineer and my experience of more than 15 years in Transport and Logistics, allowed me to structure an approach based on 4 axes-> Assessing risks and needs-> Define coherent action plans-> Deploy and secure high-performance transport schemes-> Contribute to the economic performance of companies in the aeronautics & automotive sectors.
