ABOUT SÉBASTIEN HERMAN

Sebastien Herman is a Junior Urbanist who recently joined Connected Places Catapult Digital Planning and Standards Team with a background in city-planning and urban design. His previous work at Space-Syntax Ltd and SPIN-Unit consisted of better evaluating urban processes through an extensive evidence-based approach. At Connected Place Catapult Sebastien, is taking a human centred design and user-led approach to digitise the city-planning system, this includes developing concepts, prototyping new tools and inducing innovations that can help reform the way we plan and build cities. He is interested in taking a system approach to comprehend and visualise the built-environment industry, studying specifically data creation.
