R&D / Innovation- Methodologies and automated workflows for electromagnetic and multi-physics simulations- Simulation expertise on electric motors, generators, transformers, induction heating, sensors- Investigating the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) for ROM (Reduced Order Model) simulationsSustainability-Noble material usage reduction through the better use of simulationTeam Management- Management of 4 Engineers per project- Recruitment & on-boarding of low-frequency electromagnetics simulation Engineers across EuropeProject Management- Self-managed projects up to Responsibility for deadlines, deliverables and associated revenueCustomer Relations- Customer visits, introduction of ANSYS’ consulting offer, negotiation with customers on deliverables- Drafting and pricing of proposals, editing of contributions from non-electromagnetics engineers- On-site delivery of results, on-site testing (work with customer’s IT)- Working with customers across Europe: Germany (70%), Sweden (10%), France (10%), others (10%)- Multicultural Environment: communication in English (70%), French (25%) & German (5%)
