Mr. Carreau is currently managing the airfield conceptual planning efforts for the Orlando International Airport Master Plan Update including the technical analyses conducted to identify and either eliminate or mitigate existing and proposed Runway Protection Zones (RPZs) encroachments. Mr. Carreau has an extensive background in airfield operations including aircraft/airport compatibility, aircraft performance, and is well versed on the techniques for resolution of operational conflicts and challenges in ways that maximize operational flexibility and provide for airport growth. He served as the Project Manager for the Master Plan and ALP Update for Jacksonville International Airport and throughout his career has led the development of several ALPs, including those for Homestead General Aviation Airport, Boca Raton Airport, Kendall-Tamiami Executive, Tallahassee Regional, and Tampa International Airports. Most recently, he completed a runway safety area study for the Boca Raton Airport, and is presently developing multi-use and multi-size hangar development concepts for Page Field Airport (Fort Myers) as part of an ALP Update.
