I am a brand builder and enjoy creating comprehensive visual systems that move people. Getting my hands dirty building creative identities and campaigns is where my passion is. I love creating teams that like each other as much as achieving excellence. More-> I have a creative philosophy that I learned from a great mentor, I call it \"The Personal Plus\". When I work with my team it is some thing I try and instill with everyone. The Personal Plus simply means that as a job goes through the team everyone has the chance to touch it at different parts of the project, and as they work on it they have the chance to leave a visible fingerprint that is their Personal Plus. Throw in that extra idea, make that sentence more concise, but add value from where you sit. I have seen this simple philosophy eliminate \"throw it over the fence\" mentalities, and create environments that are more collaborative. It works. It brings teams together—we work so much of our lives that having a great team to spend that time with is critical to me. When I am not working I enjoy getting outside and exploring remote areas. Whether it is exploring canyons with my daughters, or riding motorcycles through the mountains and deserts I like getting out. For me, here is not much better that being on an adventure with people you really love. Design Director - Creating a brands that can move people is where my passion is. I am a high-level hands-on creator. I create brand concepts that can live across all media to connect with customers. Creative Director- I build and implement brands for global scale clients and start-ups alike. Build cohesive teams that collaborate, and mentor junior talent.
