ABOUT SEBASTIANO RIDOLFI

My keywords are: eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Management, Multimedia, Events, Diversity & Inclusion. I am a computer scientist by education, later turned to Management. In my professional career I have supervised the development of over 150 IT projects, websites and online stores (many of which based on Shopify) and more than 10 mobile applications. Over the last 15 years I have developed expertise in Project Management, Sales, Product Marketing, Brand Management, Business Development, and in direct relationship with customers. I often deal with Training in the Digital Media, Diversity & Inclusion fields and I have been an Invited Speaker for several companies, among which Microsoft. I significantly contributed to the strategic development of Bentobox, a digital company based in Verona, where I worked for 14 years. After a short but significant experience in Alpenite as Project Manager, I settled in Loacker, where I currently work as Digital Service Specialist. I\'m particularly interested in everything eCommerce, Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM, PPC campaigns, Funnel Marketing and Growth Hacking. Since a young age I have been a radio speaker, DJ and audio technician. Together with a group of friends, I founded one of the first italian University radio stations, Fuori Aula Network. Over the last 15 years I have hosted radio shows and podcasts on various networks on subjects such as the music industry (Diskount), the impact of new technologies on our society (Fuori Aula I.T, Who’s afraid of Drupal?), entertainment (RadioRagazzi, Radio EVENT, Colorado Boat) and the queer culture (Romeo in Love). I have been Event Manager and Director of corporate events in Italy, Spain and Czech Republic. I hosted many University public events (e.g. as panel moderator at Festival delle Radio Universitarie), as well as debates and events on social issues (e.g. Svegliati Italia, public meeting with senator Monica Cirinnà, Prides in Vicenza, Venice, Verona, Bergamo and Brescia). In multiple occasions I had the privilege to collaborate with Mr. Stuart Milk, Civil Rights Advisor for the Obama administration and President of the Harvey Milk Foundation. I always look at the future with curiosity and willingness to improve and reinvent myself. I am devoted to my work (especially if teamwork) and I like new challenges, but I also love to counter my serious reputation with a good dose of self-irony.
