About Sebastian Graham
I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Energy and Sustainability Management (MSESM) at the SMU Cox School of Business; I recently graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS), specializing in Finance. This degree provided me with a solid foundation in finance, economics, and accounting, skills that I continue to develop through both academic and professional experiences. Outside of the classroom, I have earned several key industry certifications to strengthen my expertise and adaptability within the financial and energy sectors. I hold a Texas Real Estate license, having maintained full licensing and continuing education since gaining early exposure to the industry\'s rigorous educational and ethical standards from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, I have obtained my FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE, 2023) and Series 63 (2024) licenses, as well as Wall Street Prep training, positioning me for a smooth transition into corporate or investment banking roles within energy finance.At SMU, I am an active member of the Graduate Energy Club through the Macquire Energy Institute. During my time at Western, I served as Vice President of Finance for the Xi-Nu Chapter of Kappa Sigma, Director of Finance for the Western Energy and Resource Club, and was also involved in the Investment and Capital Markets clubs. Driven by a deep interest in the intersection of energy, finance, and sustainability, I aim to contribute to innovative financial strategies that support the global energy transition. I am eligible to work in both the US and Canada.
