ABOUT SEBASTIAN FLORES

I’m deeply interested in organizational structures that create real value for the people who power them. I believe companies should do more than generate profits — they should give employees and contributors a meaningful voice, a stake in outcomes, and a clear sense of shared ownership. My work has consistently centered on building structures that expand agency. As cofounder of Newbook, I\'m building a platform designed to give fashion models and creatives more control over their careers, how they’re discovered, booked, and paid. At Hims & Hers, I worked in product management and new ventures where I focused on designing better patient experiences and accessible healthcare systems. My work now explores cooperative models, shared equity structures, and governance systems that align incentives while preserving dignity and agency. I’m motivated by the idea that how we structure organizations ultimately shapes how people experience work and, by extension, society itself.
