I am a User Experience Design leader with a 20+ year background in leading teams and design strategy to support businesses by helping users achieve their goals. Throughout my career, I have successfully designed numerous digital products used by billions of users and have cultivated a rooted expertise on building exceptional team structures and healthy workplace cultures. To date, I have led interdisciplinary UX design teams within Google, Amazon, and AWS, and worked internationally across North America, South America, and Europe. This, has given me a strong cultural understanding of both user behavior and work cultures and it has all led me to become the UX design leader I am today who continuously strives to raise the industry standards bar.Overall, I support organizations on translating their design objectives into strong tangible realities, all while ensuring my UX teams have excellent constructive experiences along the way.
