I have spent more than 25 years building, scaling and leading technology companies. Founded two of my own, grew one to 25 people and handed it over. Ran an international AI and data company as Managing Director. Served on the Bitkom board. Advisory board member for digital transformation in the German Mittelstand. What I have learned along the way: Most transformations do not fail because of technology. They fail because of fear, lack of leadership clarity and political dynamics in management. That is exactly where I work today. With CTRL+ALT+LEAD I work directly with C-level executives and business owners. I translate AI and technology into decisions that people actually understand and support. I make visible where overwhelm or internal politics block real progress. And I guide organizations from experimenting to execution, without letting responsibility get delegated to tools. As a keynote speaker I bring these topics to the stage.
