Sebastian, known as “Patan”, is a Chief Creative Officer with more than 20 years of experience delivering best in class creative services to clients worldwide including Amazon, The Coca-Cola Company, Telefonica and Unilever. Patan’s leadership has raised the profile of local, regional and global brands, recognized by more than 700 awards in the last 5 years, including two Innovation Grand Prix at Cannes Lions – in 2021 with Unilever and in 2023 with Augmental. In 2023, the Drum included Patan in their rankings as one of the top 20 CCOs in the world. Over the last 9 years, Patan has led creative teams at WPP, being promoted from local ECD to regional CCO to Global ECD. Under his leadership, Patan helped Wunderman Buenos Aires become the number one Argentinian agency (ranked by AgencyScope) and then the number one LATAM agency at London International Awards, Epica, Gerety and the New York Festivals. Along with his partner, Daniel Minaker, he lead the merger of two legacy agencies in Latin America, Wunderman and J.Walter Thompson, bringing together talent from 18 different offices around the region. Patan’s creative philosophy is that nothing is impossible. He likes challenges and loves to feel uncomfortable because that seems to show hi is in the right track. This Creative leader enjoys building teams that care for the work that they do and the way they achieve it. He was born and raised in Buenos Aires but currently lives in Miami with his wife and three children.
