Experienced Packaging Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the food manufacturing industry. Completed Bachelor\'s and Master\'s degree in packaging science with research focused on modeling consumption behavior of consumers, identifying ways that packaging can help reduce food waste. My thesis work was published in the Sustainability Journal, the title of the work is \"Modeling American Household Fluid Milk Consumption and their Resulting Greenhouse Gas Emissions\".Currently working at the Dennis Group as a packaging engineer. My work includes designing and building fully automated packaging lines. I have worked on many different food products including: frozen pies, salsa, soft baked bars, nut and grain bars, and sausage sticks. Projects I have worked on ranged from $1 million to $200 million USD.
