He has a background in Politics and Economics and an MSc in Science, Technology and Society from University College London (UCL).Sebastian is an expert in internet and technology public policy and regulation, relationship management, crisis response and digital marketing. He is also a public speaker and engaged as keynote speaker in many events reaching critical stakeholders from the government, the civil society and the technology ecosystem. Sebastian is a talented guitarist, singer and songwriter. He was a member of two rock bands, Furies and TMB. He also has advanced photography studies and is a literature aficionado.
