Combining Multi – year experience of working for one of the biggest value retailers in a variety of senior buying and sourcing functions, together with deep insight into processes of development, sourcing management and production of labelling, packaging and garment hangers- Oversight + regular visits to the labelling, packaging and garment hanger production sites, in the main Asian and European sourcing markets - Driving the supply and sourcing strategy, enabling supply of the items according to the needs of the merchant organization. In charge of Supplier selection, performance management, price negotiations, as well as risk mitigation - Preparation of contract framework where applicable- Close contact to the key global supply partners, on the day-to-day, as well as the strategic aspects - Development of packaging / labelling solutions, and RFID enabled variable data products, with a strong focus on cost of goods, availability and speed of supply, but also social compliance of the selected production partners. Close interaction with the involved key stakeholders like buying divisions, legal and quality departments, internal logistics and brand marketing- Development of sustainable packaging, labelling and garment hanger solutions- Deep insight into the development process of GOH ( garment on hangers ). Development – in close cooperation with selected hanger manufacturers – of individual hanger solutions ( eg lingerie hangers ), as well as the development of full scale new garment hanger ranges- Managing and driving the internal close loop garment hanger re-use and recycling program ( operations / financials / strategy ) in close coordination with involved internal and external stakeholders. In charge of selecting hanger supply sources, for reuse or new hangers - In charge of the development and the E2E implementation of RFID enabled variable data products ( price tickets )
