ABOUT SEBASTIAN RODRIGUEZ
My professional career has been at the intersection of technology and financial services. I believe that (almost) anything technical can be learned and any soft skills can be improved. My innate soft skills are interpersonal communications, being organized, and being competitive in everything I do.On the technical side, I am quick to grasp new technologies and am keen to understand complex technical concepts. My technical strengths are driven by my curiosity and being unafraid of technical \'hardships\'. I am also passionate about mentorship and leadership, both in and out of the workplace. I lead the Young Professionals Employee Resource Group at ComplyAdvantage, which fosters a vibrant workplace culture for emerging talent. In my free time, I volunteer with high school students at the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta Youth of the Year Program, contributing to their personal and professional growth. In my personal life I am fascinated by the human body, mainly around how exercise, nutrition and sleep can benefit us. I\'ve run several marathons, I enjoy lifting, running and generally being active.
