Currently, I am responsible for strategic and operational procurement, category management, as well as facility management and real estate at Canon Deutschland GmbH. In this role, I focus on supplier management, contract negotiations, and the development of procurement strategies to maximize value creation and cost efficiency through precise controlling, effective budgeting, and optimized operational strategies. Previously, I worked as a Controller and Controlling Manager in various business units, where I developed deep knowledge in financial management and analysis, forming the foundation for my strategic decision-making today.
