   Design engineer for electronic products sector at Boeing Satellite Systems Proficient in MENTOR software with experience in creating schematics, placing parts and routing circuit boards. Frequently use CAD software (CREO) to model parts and create mechanical drawings. Inspected circuit board layouts and routing by examining Gerber files with CAM software. Designed and created drawings for NASA’s Commercial Crew Transportation System temperature controller. Interfaced with vendors while qualification model was built. Wrote test procedures for shock and vibration tests and oversaw the unit during testing. Dealt with strict NASA standards throughout. Developed a standard process for modifying pwb board databases to include backdrilling of high speed signals. Deliverables included a modified vbscript and documentation on how to use it. Experienced in product data management systems such as Wind-chill Pdmlink for Creo CAD files and Team center for BOMs and drawings.
